My name is Jean-Robert Kamdoum and I am a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Boxercise Instructor covering most HA, NW, W & Central London postcodes.
For numerous reasons the gym environment is not for everyone. I travel to you and train you in the comfort of your home, apartment gym, office space or local park. I offer 1:1 Personal Training, Couple Sessions and Group Sessions. Now during the Covid-19 pandemic due to strict social distancing rules, I am solely offering Online Personal Training via Facetime, Skype or Zoom to help keep both your physical and mental health intact.
I have had a passion for health and fitness since the age of 15 but due to personal circumstances I was not able to realise my vocation of becoming a PT until much later in life. I worked in sales and business development for many years but achieved no job satisfaction and was ultimately unhappy. However since I took the plunge and followed my dream I have not looked back.
For me, personally seeing the transformation in my clients including the achievement of their goals, improved health and fitness, their positivity, increased self esteem and self confidence makes my job both rewarding and fulfilling.

I have over 10 years of experience and my philosophy is to take a holistic approach with all my clients in order for their health and fitness goals to be met. I like to create a positive, dynamic, functional and fun experience as well as using an educational approach so I can equip you not only with skills but fundamental knowledge.
My focus is not solely on training and formulating bespoke training plans tailored to each individual but also the importance of nutrition, sleep and stress levels. In this way we can enhance both the physical and psychological wellbeing.
In order to obtain realistic results it is essential that you are serious, prepared and committed. Having said this, embarking on this new adventure may be challenging and taxing at times. However, I guarantee I will guide you through your journey with continuous support, encouragement and motivating you every step of the way.
My aim is to change your mindset and make health and fitness part of you and your lifestyle so you can embrace a happier, fulfilling and longer life.
